Breakfast, according to the health food guys, is the most important meal of the day, and acts as a foundation of your day ahead.  Yeah, we know it's mostly a grab-and-go affair much of the time, but if you have the time, check out the recipes we offer for a very enjoyable breakfast.

Our 350 Calorie Breakfast:  For only about 350 calories, you can enjoy a delicious and filling breakfast that includes an omelet, sausage links, and Potatoes O'Brien.

Corn Pone:  A true southern favorite, this cornmeal pancake is delicoius topped by a fried egg, or covered in country sausage gravy.

Kippers and Eggs:  Fried eggs, kippers, and Potatoes O'Brien were a favorite abord Matson Line freighters, and here is my version of the delicious breakfast that I used to enjoy at my grandfather's house...

Smoked Salmon and Eggs:  If your grandfather ever went to sea aboard a Matson Line freighter, he undouboutedly will rave about samon and eggs for breakfast.

Biscuits and Gravy:  This breakfast is a West-Coast, de-facto standard breakfast for truckers, RV'ers, and anybody who enjoys a classic breakfast.

Home Made Corned Beef Hash:  Throw the can away, as this is the real deal, and you'll be able to taste the difference!

Eggs Over Easy:  Do you really know how to fry an egg without breaking the yoke?  If you're fried egg-challenged, check out our easy-to-follow recipe, and you'll see how easy it is to fry an egg.

Steam Schooner:  Can you believe the name of this meal?  If you love pancakes, fried eggs and sausage, read how to prepare this historic west coast, seafaring meal...

Grilled Egg Breakfast:  Can you really grill a delicious omelet, sausage links, and potatoes O'Brien on a George Foreman grill.  Yes, you can!  I bend the rules and grill a delicious breakfast on the grill that "can't..."

Fried Linguica:  A favorite breakfast in the central San Joauqin Valley, this delicious breakfast is a favorite of truckers, dairy farmers, and just about anybody who lives in California.

Linguica and Eggs:  Linguica is diced and fried, and eggs, and sometimes a little cheese is added to make a delicious scramble.  Served with home fried potatoes, to make a delicious breakfast.

Mountain Man Hash:  This breakfast scramble is perfect for four wheeling trips, at the campsite, or for a leisurely Sunday breakfast.

Potatoes O'Brien:  You're used to the freezer variety that you buy in your grocery store, but have you ever made them from scratch?  Make your O'Brien's from scratch, and you won't look back...

S.O.S.:  Same ol' stuff, or described as worse, if you've ever served in any branch of the U.S. military, than this is a breakfast dish that you'll either love, or hate...  Personally, I love it!
