Today, Thursday, February 20, 2014, was sort of a lazy day, as I'm still not able to do a whole lot, as I'm still recuperating from a fall that I suffered last week.  So, just like yesterday, I decided to publish EVERYTHING I had to eat today.

Photo:  Today's breakfast was a small bowl of Fiber One cereal, a toasted slice of French bread, sans butter or jam, and a sliced apple.  Today is the first time I've ever had Fiber One, and I was surprised they tasted like chocolate.  I used about two tablespoons of low-fat, 1% milk.

Photo:  Lunch was a tossed green salad.  I don't use traditional salad dressing, as I prefer to drizzle my salad with a tablespoon or so of balsamic vinegar, and an equal amount of lime juice.  If you drown your salad in bottled dressing, you add a lot of fat and calories.

Photo:  Dinner tonight was grilled Apple Sausage, purchased at Lockeford Meat Company, grilled potato, spaghetti squash, baked cabbage, and fresh salsa for garnish.  I was lazy, so I grilled indoors, using my trusty George Foreman electric grill, which does a credible job.  Lockeford Meat Company produces some of the best sausage I've ever enjoyed, and we make the 1-hour drive several times a year to purchase their fine sausage.

Contrary to many of my posts, I eat healthy most of the time, and at nearly 62 years old, I wear the same size of jeans I wore in High School, and my Navy uniform fits me loosely.  Bon appetite!
