Delicious beer, brewed locally, served every day of the week. Yes, it's Knee Deep Brewing Company, located in the Sierra Nevada foothill city of Auburn, CA. As with all of reviews that I publish, I have no affiliation with the brewery reviewed, and there is no monetary gain on my part, as I am simply a person who likes to eat, and I love to write-up, and publish my brewery experiences.
Photo: Knee Deep Brewing Company is located in Auburn, CA, near the Auburn Municipal Airport. What a location, as it combines amazing airplane watching with great beer. Oh yes... Ridge Bar and Grill is only a 10-minute walk away.
Photo: As you enter, you can see the bar to your left and the brewery. Is this a micro brewery? It seems like a big operation to me.
Photo: As you enter, signs are posted advertising the hours and daily specials. The special boards are easy to see as they're located just inside the entrance and announce the taproom hours. Since today was Thursday, I enjoyed the "Happy Hour" specials. Photo: Knee Deep Brewing Company is a micro brewery? Really? As you enter the warehouse like building, it seems like a really big brewery.

Photo: Knee Deep Brewing Company's tasting room is dog-friendly, and your pet doesn't need to be a service dog, as all well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Photo: I went with a pint of "Double Hoppy IPA." If IPA is your beer of choice, the "double" brewed at Knee Deep Brewing Company is as good as it gets. Robust taste, lots of "ale," and lots of hops in the taste, to make an amazing beer. "Ol' Hoppy," the 1950's television and big screen cowboy actor Hopalong Cassidy would be proud of this beer, as it was simply amazingly delicious and "hoppy" in every way. If you like hops in your beer, you'll love this, along with the 7.0% alcohol which adds to the enjoyment of this amazing beer. The beer brewed and served at Knee Deep Brewing Company is simply amazing, and will keep all Placer County lovers of fine locally brewed beer "hoppy" and happy. The beer brewed at Knee Deep Brewing Company is simply great micro beer, which reflects the friendly character of Auburn, and Placer County.
