Gregory's Pizza, located on Cirby Way in Roseville, CA is a husband-and-wife owned and operated pizza restaurant, that offers a wide array of pizza, sides, appetizers, salads and more, served by friendly staff, in a comfortable dining room.

As with all of reviews that I publish, I have no affiliation with the restaurant reviewed, and there is no monetary gain on my part, as I am simply a person who likes to eat, and I love to write-up, and publish my dining experiences.

Photo:  It's the 11:00 morning opening time, Friday, January 17, 2025, and I've arrived at Gregory's Pizza, located in Roseville, CA to enjoy... pizza!

The restaurant offers a small, fenced patio in front - CA State legal to enjoy beer and wine - with a couple tables, and lots of pretty, potted plants.  There is even a take-and-read library, should you be interested in reading, as you sip your beer and enjoy your pizza on the patio.

On this late Friday morning in mid December, patio dining wasn't an option for me, as the temperature was still in the low 40-degree range.

The restaurant is still so new that a sign or a banner hasn't been installed.

Photo:  As you enter the restaurant, you'll see the order counter, and you'll be greeted by a friendly staff member.

The dining room is arranged around the kitchen and staff preparation area, as the dining room is divided into two distinct spaces and kind of "wraps around" the kitchen.

Does this arrangement look familiar?  Until Gregory's Pizza taking over in mid-November of 2024, the restaurant was known as Campelli's Pizza East, which was an extension of Campelli's Pizza, located on Foothills Blvd. in Roseville. Before Campelli's, it was Cool River Pizza, which sold out and moved to nearby Rocklin.

Photo:  Here's the main dining room, which is located with the long counter, where you can sit and watch the pizza chef create your masterpiece.  There is a small game room at the extreme end of the restaurant.

Photo:  Yes... Gregory's Pizza is an eater's paradise, as it caters to "foodies" and anyone who is "hangry" and enjoys delicious pizza.  These signs and posters, and many others like them, decorate the walls of this fine restaurant.

Photo:  Looking outside the entrance to the restaurant, you can check out the small patio that offers amazing dining options when the weather permits.

Photo:  I went with a "Personal 6" size pizza, which is simply one option on the pizza menu.  Click on the photo, or THIS LINK to see the complete menu the restaurant offers.

Photo:  After placing my order of a "Personal Size Pizza," chef Gena began to work on my pizza, to my order, and created it, as I watched.  It is always a lot of fun to watch the staff hand prepare your order.

Photo:  Gena takes my pizza out of the brick oven, after baking it for eight or so minutes.  I lost count of the minutes, as the pizza was baked perfectly.

Photo:  Meet super friendly Gena, the owner and chef of the restaurant, as she brings to me a delicious "Personal" pizza, baked perfectly.  Gena provided fast, efficient service, baked an amazing pizza, and treated me like royalty.

Photo:  I'm a happy guy, as I'm ready to enjoy a delicious "Personal" pizza, created and baked by Gena, the amazing chef at Gregory's Pizza, located in Roseville, CA.

A beer would have been great to go along with this restaurant, but since this restaurant had only opened in mid-November 2024 - about two months ago - Placer County hadn't granted them a license to sell beer or wine, so I was stuck with soft drinks only.  No worries, as the pizza was simply delicious and it didn't need any enhancement from beer or wine.

Photo:  From the "Create Your Own" section of the pizza menu, I went with a "Personal 6" pizza, created by chef Gena, just the way I wanted it.  This is a 6-inch pizza, cut into four slices, which makes a perfect lunch.

For the crust, I simply went with "Original," as how can you beat a classic?  Ditto with the sauce, as I went with "Classic Red."  Cheese - naturally - comes with the pizza, and my three toppings of choice were pepperoni, linguica and green bell pepper.  That's a pizza combination that simply does wonders in my direction.

I would have preferred additional toppings, but three were on the list, so that's where I went...

My pizza was simply delicious, as it was hand-made before my eyes by talented pizza chef Gena, baked to perfection in their oven, cut up into four slices, and served hot and delicious, with a complimentary side of ranch dressing for dipping.  What more could you ask for?

One bit into a slice of this delicious pizza and I was rewarded to a satisfying "crunch," as the bell pepper slices still had a little "crunch" in them, which always adds to a rewarding pizza experience.  After the "crunch" sensation, there was the goodness of the crispy crust, tangy pizza sauce, the gooey, melted cheese, along with  mild pepperoni sausage and the amazing taste of linguica.  Oh dear... I almost forgot to mention the chef had buttered the crust, which added taste, moisture and a little "crisp."

My pizza was simply amazingly delicious, as all ingredients were fresh, the pizza was skillfully prepared, and baked to perfection in the brick oven.  Gena, along with the staff at Gregory's Pizza know how to create and bake a pizza that will make you smile all day!

Photo:  One piece of the pizza showing all of the goodness, including the melted cheese, fresh bell pepper, pepperoni slices and linguica.  Delicious!  I was offered a cup of ranch dressing on the side, which made for perfect dipping.

You'll simply LOVE the delicious pizza served at Gregory's Pizza, and you'll enjoy the friendly staff, along with a large helping of warm hospitality.  Delicious pizza and a lot more... Gregory's Pizza, located in Roseville, CA.
