The 62nd Annual Sylvia Besara Holiday Parade was originally planned for November 18th, but Mother Nature decided to postpone the event, due to a rainy weekend. The event was rescheduled for Saturday, December 16, 2023, and the event was held, thanks to the sunny, dry, but chilly weather.
