Timmy Ginger's Sandwich Shop's menu featues one page with 32 "Specialties" sandwich selections, a page of "Basics and Add-Ons" and a third page with "House Tossed Salads." Photo: The first page of the menu features 32 sandwiches, half of them cater to vegans or vegetarians. I went with "#2" as I'm a fan of brisket, but doesn't "#15" look interesting, complete with ghost pepper cheese?
