I first noticed Flame-N-Chicks taking shape a couple weeks before they opened, as they posted a banner that read "Flame-N-Chickz Nashville Hot Chicken Opening Soon," which got my attention, as I'd never heard of "Nashville Style Chicken," much less enjoyed it. As with all restaurant reviews I publish, I have no affiliation with the restaurant reviewed, and there is no monetary gain on my part, as I am simply a person who likes to eat, and I love to write-up, and publish my dining experiences.
Photo: April 30, 2022 is when I noticed the "Opening Soon" banner on the restaurant. This store had been vacant for over a year when the second Mongolian Grill to occupy this location closed their doors during the COVID days. If you look closely, you can see the faint lettering of the former Chinese Restaurant, Panda Restaurant that hasn't been covered by the yet-to-be-installed signage.
Photo: Sunday morning, May 08, 2022, as I was grocery shopping Bel Air supermarket I noticed Flame-N-Chickz' signage and logo had been installed, and it looked like the restaurant would open any day.
Photo: Opening day, Thursday, May 12, 2020, a couple hours before the 11:00 o'clock in the morning opening. Due to a schedule conflict, I wasn't able to "open up" the restaurant as I'd planned, and I had to wait until Saturday to pay a visit. I looked through the window and took a photo of the well-stocked soft drink cooler, the order counter, and the blank video monitor that displays the menu.

Photo: The dining area is ready to go, complete with a self-serve Coke machine. Over the last couple weeks, I managed to record the progress of this fine restaurant up to the morning they opened their door on Thursday, May 12, 2022.
