Edelweiss Restaurant 2, located in historic old town Auburn, CA, serves breakfast and lunch with style every day of the week, with a large menu of five pages that offer a wide array of choices. Menu prices are current, as of July, 2024. The "Saturday Prime Rib" breakfast is always priced at "market values" so the price varies from month to month.
Photo: The first page of the menu is dedicated to omelettes, with or without meat. It's interesting to note the menu is posted outside the restaurant as well, and white boards inside post daily and weekly specials.

There is truly something on the menu for every taste, from kids to senior citizens, served every day of the week. Don't forget the first Saturday of every month is "Prime Rib Saturday," where you'll enjoy an amazing breakfast featuring a 16-oz slab of tender prime rib. Delicious!
