We love soups, stews and chowders, as they are a great way to utilize leftovers, are easy to make, delicious and clean-up is a breeze, as most dishes are one-pot meals.

Baked Potato Soup:  This soup is delicious, healthy, and very easy to make, and will put a smile on your face!

Corn and Chorizo Chowder:  This is a meal-in-a-bowl, and its easy to make and has become a favorite of our family.  Add a salad and a slice of bread for a complete meal.

Potato and Leek Soup:  A classic vegetarian soup, this low-calorie soup is delicious and very easy to make.

Michael's "Easy Vegetable Beef Soup:"  My brother Michael came up with this recipe which he likes to serve on cold, snowy evenings, at his mountain cabin.

Turkey Soup:  The "ultimate comfort food," this recipe utilizes leftovers from your holiday meal to make a delicious soup.

Homemade Chicken Stock:  Why buy that canned stuff when you can make superior stock at home, and utilize leftover chicken or turkey skin, bones and meat?

Homemade Beef Stock:  Good stock is the foundation of a great soup, and you'll be surprised how easy it is to make your own stock, and how delicious your soup will taste!
