Tools: Cast iron pot or crock pot 1
lb beef stew meat, cut into small cubes
Cut vegetables into smaller pieces, if necessary. Stir in all remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat on the stove, or in a crock pot for 4 to 6 hours. Michael tells me that he made this simple "throw together" recipe during a winter weekend visit to a friend's cabin. He says that everybody really liked the recipe. There's nothing like a hot bowl of soup on a snowy, wintry evening!
