Welcome to Eric and Sharlene's page of our favorite barbecue and grilling recipes.  Without getting into the the grill vs. barbecue debate, allow us to present many of our favorite recipes, most of which are best cooked outside on a grill, barbecue, pit or smoker.  Yet many of our recipes can be grilled indoors on an electric grill with delicious results, sans the smoke flavor, of course.  What ever cuisine you prefer, you're sure to find recipe here that you'll love. So go ahead, fire up the grill, grab a tall cold one, and let's start cooking...  


Sauces, Marinates and Rubs:  Our favorite recipes for homemade barbecue sauces, meat-tenderizing marinates and rubs; just the thing to get your favorite meal started.

Burgers, Hot Dogs, Sausage, and Sandwiches:  Our techniques and recipes will take these grilled classics to a brand new level.

Beef Entrees:  Beef is the meat of champions.  What more can I say?  Recipes for grilled or smoked steaks, roasts, ribs and more can be found in this section.

Pork, Lamb and Goat:  On the west coast, these are the three most mis-understood meats to meet the grill or the barbecue.  We especially are proud of our Carolina-style chopped pork, smoked for hours over a hickory fire.

Poultry, Fish and Seafood:  Delicious to the taste, low in calories, and very healthy, here are our recipes for barbecued and grilled poultry, fish and seafood.

Vegetables and Side Dishes:  No barbecued or grilled meal could be complete with out something on the side, whether it's a delicious bowl of beans or a coleslaw salad, all of our side dish recipes are found here...
