What do you think of grilled pork ribs, potatoes, corn along with a pepper and a couple green onions? It all happened on my patio on Saturday evening, July 15, 2023.  What could be better than to enjoy an outside grilling session on a hot Saturday evening, when the temperature is in triple digits?

Photo:  On a 102-degree day, what's a better pastime than to grill a meal outside on the patio?  It's 05:00 in the afternoon, Saturday, July 15, 2023, and I'm grilling on the patio.

Photo:  What could be better to enjoy than grilled pork ribs, potatoes, corn, green onions and a  jalapeņo pepper?  I was lazy today, as I used my propane-fired Weber Spirit grill, but I did use oak wood chips, placed near the flame, to give a taste of smoke.  It all worked out great.

Photo:  It's nearly 05:00 O'clock in the afternoon, and it's always 05:00 O'clock at my place!  I'm a happy griller, as my food is ready to take off the grill.

Photo:  Grilled corn, potatoes, pork ribs, along with green onions and a  jalapeņo pepper make for a great dinner.  I seasoned the potato with coarse black pepper and basted everything with olive oil.  I like to keep things simple. The ribs were marinated, and finished off with barbecue sauce.

Photo:  I decided to take my dinner to the next level by making "Twice Baked Potatoes."

I scooped out the baked potato goodies from the skin and mashed the potato in a bowl.  I added sour cream, butter and one of the chopped-up green onions.  Then, I placed a half slice of cheese on each potato, along with course pepper, and grilled it for about 20 minutes, adding a little bit of olive oil at times.  It all worked out for a great dinner.

Is there anything better in this world than grilled pork ribs, potato and corn?  Oh... how I LOVE summer and grilling on the patio!
