Photo: "Stacked Chicken and Waffles" made a delicious breakfast of Dan on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Huckleberry's menu describes this delicious offering as, "A sweet and savory taste explosion! Two tender, hand breaded chicken breasts between our butter crisp waffles topped with siracha aioli, ranch, maple syrup, crisp bacon, green onions and finished in our maple-pecan butter." It works in my direction!

Photo: September 25, 2024 found Dan enjoying a brand new item to the menu, the "Voodoo Chicken," which looks like something that I'd truly enjoy. The menu describes this amazing creation as, D" Featuring a tender, hand-breaded chicken breast on a scratch-made biscuit, piled high with scrambled eggs and smothered in our Voodoo cream sauce." Sounds like the perfect way to get a Wednesday morning started.
