During my daily walks, I've had the pleasure of watching Crawfish Factory go from a gutted shell, to a fully-functional seafood restaurant.  Not long before the restaurant opened, as I peeked into the windows, I got the idea... Why not take photos of a "work in progress?"

Photo:  It's early in the morning on Sunday, September 14, 2014, and the restaurant is lit up, inside and outside, and sports the "Coming Soon" temporary banner.

Photo:  Early Saturday morning, October 18, 2014 and the restaurant looks like it's almost ready to open.  Looking inside through the front door.  The following Saturday morning, I stopped by again, but everything looked the same, with the exception that the menu was posted on the front door, and a notice the restaurant was on Facebook.  Naturally, I "friended" them, and Facebook has provided a wealth of information.  I love the indirect lighting from the bar.

Photo:  Looking inside from the back door.  I notice that most of the tables are now in place.

Photo:  Looking through the back door, I'm noticing the progress being made.

Photo:  Looking inside the front door into the main dining room.  The bar to the right of the photo looks quite promising.  Photo taken Saturday morning, September 14, 2014.

Photo:  Looking inside the back door, with the unfinished seafood counter to the left of the photo.  What's with the bicycle?

Photo:  Saturday, September 06, 2014 shows a work in progress.

Ah, it's nice to see a restaurant taking shape, right before your eyes!
